thank you for being the torch bearer in every stage and every way which leads almost all of the members of this site to their dreamland called CANADA.
my qurerry is as follows.
i hired an immigration consultant and signed the form IMM5476 for representative in the process of permanent immigration.
for first stage the services provided by him was good but later on the service was really horrible. i pointed out the issue and they promise to resolve the same. again in the later stage they commited the same mistake and now i want to cancel the IMM5476 agreement . what happens in doing so. Does it affect my case in anyway ? What the agent can do in such case if i sign the cancellation form for representative. i need your guidance at this critical point of time.
i will appreciate the reply at your convenience.

You can write to the embassy or complete a new IMM5476.
Your contractual agreement with your consultant will dictate your relationship and determine what cause of action [if any] may result.

Chandroday. If you have paid the consultant all the money
I dont think you should cancel the contract. Instead try to
get the work from him as per your requirement.
But if you have to still pay him you can give a thought on
massood ji`advice.

i have paid two installments and still two are remaining.
my point of dispute with them is they asked me to evaluate my educational and professional qualification with CITT by sending the fee of US$ 140 which i think is not needed now since i received my file no. but not the interview waiver.
i request you to kindly guide me if the evaluation is really necessary at this stage (file no. is received in Sept 2004)
