First of all let me thank you immensely for your effort in providing free services to so many desi prospective immigrants on various issues.

You will find several applicants in this forum who applied for immigration under skilled worker category after 1 January 2002. I am one of them. Would you please tell us whether CHC, New Delhi has really started processing 2002 files? If not, when u feel they are expected to start processing these files.

Is there any improvement in the processing times? Can people who applied during early 2002 expect receiving visas this year (2005) subject to all the papers & medical report being in order?

My belated wishes for the New Year(sorry b 'cos I'm new to the forum).
I was reading the thread" Free advice", I have posted the question to them also with their drawbacks in working.
Question is ditto to what dear Sandi has posted. I had applied in July 2002, AOR Aug 2002.
I had asked the same question to another consultant on another forum(a very nice cooperative and helpful person) and his reply was very disheartening, he wrote that it needs a lot of courage to give reply to this question, but it is expected by this spring/autumn 2006.
I hope it was a typing mistake, b'cos this spring or autumn has yet to start. By the way what will they be doing for full one and a half year with 2001?
Your valuable input will put many a minds at ease.

Processing starts on the day the embassy cashes your draft. The file takes ages to finalise because of the time the file spends WAITING at different stages.

Many 2002 applicants have had their applications finalized or nearing the end. It will be anyone's guess to pinpoint where your application is at. There are many factors that can cause your file to wait a little longer. Don't compare your application to others'.

Massoodji,
What people menat here were whether CHC delhi starts IA for 2002 cases. I am active member/visitor to many forums on net. Except those who have shown HDRC job offer ,none other get IA from CHC delhi.
But then what to complain. We live on most populous counrty on earth. Long lines are order of the day. We have to wait for one fine day till then curse ourselves & pray to god never to let us born in this filth.

I echo yr words. It is disgusting to wait so long. I also havn't heard of any 2002 candidate who got visa w/o HRDC approved job offer. U hv rightly understood my question.

It is indeed pathetic that infocan finds his motherland filthy. Anybody who has such feelings for his motherland will have the same feelings for his mother. I can only say that this guy or girl is one hell of a loser.....

I do understand that my true picture of our country hurts you. Well come here visit Delhi first . I am not talking about bihar, UP etc. Just take up any blue-line bus for local travel purpose in Delhi only. The kind of crowd that our country holds you will get experience of. It is one thing to talk about my motherland great etc sitting from abroad. It is all together different game to live & enjoy its terms of living here.
