DELHI processing time AFTER submission of CSQ for Quebec Approved Cases

Could any one please inform me from their experience about the approx time line for New Delhi to issue Medicals AFTER submission of CSQ to DELHI?
Problem is New Delhi or for that matter CIC websites do not have approx time lines for Quebec approved cases.
Any help will be appreciated.
