Dear Mr.Masood,

I've come across this information in the cic site
[ http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/mandamus/notice.html ].

Now, section 3 ( PROPOSED SETTLEMENT OF THE RASOLZADEH CLASS ACTION will create confusion as to the time frame of those files which falls within the mentioned time frame.

Can you please shed light on the ruling of the court as to what it means and does it affect any other files (the files which are not included in the Class action).

What is the implecation to all those applied before Jan 2002.
Does this apply to all posts (Delhi..etc..)?.

It will be delayed as per the time frame specified in the proposed settlement which itself comes up in fron tof the Court in a few months.

An applicant has the option to opt out of the settlement.

This applies to all cases in embassies.
