A little unfair to talk about Americans as being 'frogs in ponds'. While folks from the Mid-west may often be less knowledgeable and more arrogant, I find that people on both coasts, in general, tend to be better.

While people in small town America may not know much about the world - or even about their own country for that matter - it would be wrong to judge all Americans by looking at them. Imagine if someone was to form an opinion of Indians by looking at a villager from Bihar! (Hey I have nothing against Biharis).......

26900 Iraqi civilians have been killed so far, including 5402 children according to Swedish NGO. Injured not counted.
Imagine 26900 Americans civilian die because some other nation invades USA on false presumptions????? We wont even have world as we know it , only nuclear barren land!
