Hi,

I am in USA. I would like to know the prospects of coming to Canada. because not sure how long my job will be there...so want to plan before its too late..

I heard you can apply for PR from outside of canada. I am in IT field with 8 years of experience..Whata re my chances and how long it will take?

OR can I get someone to do my WP and then come to Canada and apply for PR after sometime...

please let meknow which is the best option of any other options are available..I am not aware of these policies..Thanks for you help

and then if you some specific questions you can post here
