I applied for skilled worker class on Feb 2004 from Buffalo. My file was created on 29th Feb. I work in BC. I have some questions.

1.I see that October 2003 applications are assessed. How long do you think it will take for me to get the medical papers?

2.Although, I did not submit the PCC from India with the application, I did so last month, is there any problem with this?

3.Although, the PCC from Pune, says that I stayed in Pune since 1994 till 2003, but in case of my wife, it says from 2000 till date. She was in Cochin earlier. Would she be required to submit one from Cochin? Her Passport was made from Pune

4.She and my Son were with me last year, from June 21st to December 15th. Right now they are in Pune, because my wife didn’t want to leave her job there unless we get PR here. This period 5 days less than full six months. Would she be required to go through, RCMP clearance? Meaning she would need to come here.
