Hi,
I am in Canada on a temporary work permit.
Can I apply for a PR from within canada.
If so, where should i apply?
Please advice.

you can if you are eligible. You may submit via USA but be mindful that in the event that you called for an interview, you'll need to obtain a US visitor's visa.
