1.What are essential things to be carried with us for a single
person / family?
i) My daughter is studying 12th Std, by April 2005 she will
completing, Kindly let me know what is equal standard at Canada for
Indian 12th std?
(ii). What is scope for the students for 12std completed students
for further studies at Canada?

Hi SKN .. I was pleasently surprised by this nick .. This is infact my nick on other forums. As for your questions :-
1.) You can find stuff abt that on this forum
2.) You can get admission in Universities after a 12std from India. What board is she in ? If its ICSE, CBSE then it should be very easy. However, in order to make an informed choice you have to provide for us details of what her background is.. (MPC-computers, BPC-computers, Commerce/economics stream, ect., ) ?
Public education in schools is free in Canada. However, College education is not free. However, the costs are not as high as those in US universities.
If you can provide us with these details, then maybe I can post some of my views abt possible courses that she can take.
