My sister got her canadian immigration from los angles . She wants to do landing in month of November and after doing the landing before getting the PR cards she want to go back home (pakistan) next week. She want me to mail her PR cards later.

My quation is , weather she has to stay in canada for certain period of time. If not can she go back home and i can mail her PR card to her later.

She can go out of canada in the same flight. There is no time frame fixed for processong the PR cards. PR cards will be mailed to the address given by her to the Immigration officer. However, if she wants to return back to canada , she must have the PR card in hand.

I came back to dubai 6 days after landing and my PR cards were received by my friend in Canada and he has send them by courier to me.

However, the courier will take around 20 days depends on your luck as the customs in Canada may take long time to clear the parcel. In my case, it took around 15 days to reach me (In Dubai)

Just be aware that should CIC need new photos or info for your PR card [it has happened], you may be asked to appear in person in Canada. You will then have to get a travel document [visa] to re-enter Canada. Not difficult to obtain.
