Might be relocated to London, ON.

Any suggestions on housing , school from our desi perspective?

First, Please find a very nice school, suitable for their GRADES that they want to enter into. Then look for a place to reside close by. (The catchment area.) That is the way to go.

You will always get good rental apartments/condos there in London Ont.

I have pretty good knowledge of this city and the areas around this. But I don't live there.

You must have wheels, so getting to work will not be a difficult process. They do have buses too.
Depending upon what grade the child will be entering into, punch in the city which is LONDON, in your case, and come up with all of the RATINGS. Choose one that fits your area that you want to reside and check for the schools and their standing with the FRASER INSTITUTE. You want to avoid the ones that are in the LOW ranking.

The rest should fall in place. If you already have a job and know where the employer is situated, then NARROW it down to one area suitable to your liking and closer to work.

London, ON is a ghetto place.

More than 80 % are White. Lot of White trash there, mostly on Welfare & ODSP. Poverty & Crime is rampant in this area.

And only 2 % are brown. As a DESI you will have a horrible time there
