TN Renewal as Management Consultant with same client

Is it advisable to renew the TN with same category as was received the first time [Management Consultant] with the same client? The first TN was issued for 2 year period. What questions one might expect at the border?

Yes.

Doing something different might raise red flags.

If your situation, circumstances, job, employer hasn't changed as 2 years back, makes sense to do the same thing all over again.
