My PR card has just expired and I have submitted my PR renewal application alongwith all documents and fees last week. However, I have now realised that I have written only my first name in "GIVEN NAME" and not included my father's name on the application form.

My old PR card shows my first name and father's name as "GIVEN NAME".

Can I re-submit my application with the correct Given Name.

Please wait till they send all of the papers back to you. Alternately, when they ask for more details with a FILE Number or call you in for additional information, carry all of the documents and the details that you want to provide them with to complete the application and fill the same while you are in there. Also carry a COMPLETED application to submit to them.

Please retain a copy for your files.
