My F1 visa is refused from USA under 212(b) section. Now i want to apply for canada student visa. So please tell me my chances of getting canada visa after refusal..

Seeing what it is that you have to tell us in trying to get a STUDENT Visa, I should say that it will disappoint you once more if you try for an entry into Canada. The reason being your IELTS scores are low and needs to get improved prior to even applying for an entry into any University into a course of your choice.

That will be another search with your properly identified area of study. Prepare well prior to posting. Also do your own search for a University that you want to get into and has a good standing and they will provide you with an entry. As the marks required will be in the HIGH 80's

The fees for International students will be twice that of the local entrants. (Generally) and it might be higher in some cases.

Also try for an entry into Netherlands and Germany where you can get FREE tution and your costs there are for B & L only. plus a few lab fees etc.,

So, you are back to the drawing board once again.
