My son has a TN visa and he is USA right now,
can he sponsor me and my wife as a parents ??
can we apply for medical insurance if we live there??
what visa or procedure required to go with my son and live there.

He can invite you for a short term visit - usually up to 6 months at a time - if you require a visa to enter the US. If you are a Cdn citizen, you may enter the US without his invitation and stay in the US for up to 6 months.
He cannot sponsor you as a dependent to live there permanently.

For you to live in the US, you must be eligible and possess authorization under a non-immigrant status or an immigrant status.
Non-immigrant status examples would be TN, H1, F1, J1 L1, O, etc.
Immigrant status - Green Card.
I'd highly recommend you make yourself aware of the US immigration laws before attempting any venture. There are many websites to assist you with material.
US does allow foreigners to own a business. While you can hire US citizens and permanent residents (green card holders) as employees of your business, you cannot sponsor yourself under your business into a non-immigrant or immigrant status. And, owning a business does not automatically entitle you to live legally in the US.

Is there any age when Indians feel content to live in India and have a sportive attitude toward own culture and country? Or are they forever condemned by unseen forces to keep seeking emigration into West? I doubt these folks have real business options, except use it as a way to get entry into US. I am puzzled by the obsession of so many Indian folks, even those in mid-level or higher admin positions with their severe dreams to reach West. Something glamorous?
