1. Blue Moutain Resort/Village for sking, decorations, atmosphere.

But don't stay in Blue Mountain, too expensive. Stay in nearby Collingwood, which is just 15-20 mins drive..prices will be 1/3 of BM..for motels, hotels, bed & breakfast, food, groceries.

Just use cheap hotels/motels in Collingwood to sleep, and in the morning after breakfast, go and spend the whole day at Blue Mountain ski resort, town, village..come home at night.

2. Niagara On The Lake : Village, Town.

Nice ice wine tours, new yeras celebration, niagara falls,concerts, fireworks.
