My response is a clear 2 - not ok on CD

There really seem to be just a handful of ayes - and ardent lovers of the jokes - why don't you make a whatsapp group and post there? These jokes would be in the right place with the right audience.

The gist of the matter seems to be that the jokes are beginning to become more crude and crass with each post. This reaction by some members - is called drawing a line. This joke is the one straw that broke the camel's back.

If you were defending something noble - it would have been different - defending "vulgarity" (for lack of a better word) in the name of popularity - shows character and priorities. When there is clearly a mixed audience to the site - these jokes are not on the correct platform.

Does not mean that there is anything wrong with the jokes or that they are not good or the choicest of the lot - it just means that this is not the correct forum to post these jokes. We all love naughty jokes but we do not come to this forum to seek them.

Vagg's jokes are nice - but he must exercise judgment prior posting a joke. Waah waahi by a few does not make right a wrong.

We all know there are strip clubs. A stripper performing there is fine. Would you think it right if the stripper performed a strip show at an Indian wedding? Why not? She is very good - people like her - best dancer - gorgeous woman - men love her.

The above is an extereme example - but I have mentioned stripper in keeping with the flavour of Vagg's jokes.

When a question like this is raised on any materials or joke that is posted in here, it raises a red flag for all of us here. If two people object to it, it should get deleted. The moderators, who are asleep at the switch needs to do the logical thing, which is edit.

Just in the passing, I just read that here in Canada, the sexual education being taught to Grade THREE kids will cover all of these and then some. (Hopefully a shovel full too) So, the question which asks, is it a suitable material?, for all of us to read them, is now thrown out of the window.

I myself coin a few of them once in a way and post it to a few of the websites and also onto the CD website. If I don't have a good laugh each day, I will crack up. So, I always look for a good one here or anywhere. If it does not get pulled off the web, I enjoy it even better. Glad that I got to read it before it is gone.

Ignoring all the childish efforts to derail, keep the votes coming. Couple of points to call out are

1. This is ABSOLUTELY NOT about one user, although lack of English comprehension (or some other reason) is making someone think so. It is also not about ALL jokes on CD. My question on this poll is about this particular joke and a couple of others that have crossed the line.

2. Forum rules can't be based on wishy washy let's allow this user sometimes on a Friday bluemoon etc etc. If this joke is allowed, ALL similar content at ALL times needs to be allowed.

3. The reason for asking to vote in the thread with your ID is to ensure that more active members get their voice heard. The anonymous poll voting is fine too, its your choice, but I would encourage voting in the thread like many of you have.
