Is somebody else also getting the following errors when submitting .

Sometimes it happens to me but when you go back to Canadian desi, you will see that your post has been posted.
It only happens sometimes.

The last time it happened to me was over 3 months back..

If you guys have noticed, I have made some changes to the Charcha Search Functionality.

- Improved the search results page layout. Previously it was a table with narrow tables, so reading the content was not that easy. Also the summary that returns with the result is improved in terms of content and look.
- Added an option to return results for Last Month, Last Year, Last 5 years, Last 10 years and All
- Previously providing a search string was compulsory, so it was difficult to search on all the posts by a given poster. Now you can leave the search string empty and just provide the username.

Please try it and give me your comments.

Initial feedback . Will add more.

a. The cell may look better and more meaningful with a Title above 'Text' .. Something like 'Find Here' or 'Search the Forum' or a magnifying glass image ..it would make it more intuitive for new users.

b. The default in the drop down should be 'ALL' as a person would most likely press search w/o changing that option and it may not give him the result .. Happened to me as I did not realize the LOV.

c. A line of space after username textbox and another one before 'Search Records for ' and one before the Search button may lay out better.

d. The search is working much better and results are well laid out .

e. When we click on a user profile , it does show how many topics started and discussed by the user , but when clicking on either link , it does not give correct results ... shows other user started topics for eg. Used to work correctly before ..

2. Getting logged out automatically on your own.
3. Not being able to post a new topic ( sometimes ), although you can reply to other posts.

Are some of the technical issues. Doesn't happen a lot, but does happen a few times .
