Please suggest the best condos in Missisauga and Brampton(For rental purpose) which has dishwasher and on suite laundry as well.

On Webb Drive in Mississauga, these facilities are there.
You can also try living arts centre in the square -1 area. Abosolute and absolute one is also in the same area. In fact most of the buildings around sqaure-1 shopping centre are condo's with the facilities that you have asked for.
Locate them in Google map and then find the website and call and ask.
For brampton, other CD seniors will help you shortly.
What is the rental range that you are looking for. In all these, you will be expected to shell out min. $ 1350 for 2 bedroom condo's.

I am a Gents and not a Ladies.
Shoppers World in Brampton and Square One in Mississauga , but they tend to be slightly more expensive than other areas.
But location wise and convenience wise they are good. Bothe have major bus transit terminals and shopping and entertainment centres, if you don't drive.
Including Miss transit , Brampton transit and GO transit.
But if you are willing to go 10-15 mins away from these places , you can get cheaper rents, upto you.
Square One Condo market advertising references removed is more of suburban condominium hub when comparing Brampton condo market. SQ One area is a lot more expensive than Brampton. Square one is a prime location, comes with more expensive land price, proximity to Downtown Toronto, great amenities, affluent people and a mix demography.
