I know we are not supposed to advertise here but i am only asking for fellow desi opinion about any good and economical handyman and furnance cleaner.
please only let me know if you have worked with them and they have done a good job.

I found two furnace repair persons in the last three weeks.
They do this under the table for fifty bucks A POP, cash plus cost of parts used.
BUT... there is always a but... there is no guaranty or a warranty and they don't come back. Because it costs them 20 bucks gas, just to drive their gas guzzlers to your place.
One of them is a FHA Unit maintenance person.
The other one is a BOILER REPAIR and Hydronic Unit maintenance person.
What is the system that is running at your place or what do you want to get checked and the type of equipment that needs an annual checking. If it is bigger than your fridge, it will cost you an arm and a leg.
