Hi:

The following is my husbands and my background. Based on this who should be the pimary applicant. My husband is in Gulf and I am in India where should we file our immigration?

My background.

Academic Qualification: M A English Literature
Diploma / Certificate Courses: Certified in User Centered Desigining and Testing, Information Systems, Software Designing Testing and Implementation. Higher Diploma in Software Engineering Foreign
Language Skills: German.
Professional Experience: 6 years experience in IT industry. Technical Documentation and Testing.

Husbands background

Qualification: B E Electronics
Diploma / Certificate Courses: Diploma in Power Controls
Professional Experience: Over 8 years of experience in in Energy Utilities sector. Presently working as Projects Engineer in a French power controls MNC in the Gulf.

The key is english language proficiency.

Your husband will score more for education. If he applies, processing will be done by CHC LOndon - FASTER.

If you are the main applicant, New Delhi [3 years processing time].

Both take IELTS and then decide.
