Dont judge a whole religion by ONE website. Scriptures are often interpreted diffrently, even within the same group of people.

I did not judge anything.. I saw something (" abt how the religion under question is a religion of peace etc.".. I had my opinions and then I thought fit to question it. If I did that without any basis, I would have been accused "shooting off my mouth". When I provide relevant links/information, I am accused of hate-mongering :d

I do not suggest (implicitly or explicitly) framing any opinion abt any religion/culture... But facts are facts... I cant ignore them (no matter how bitter they may be !).. I would loved to be proved wrong

Again you're dragging. Mishtar already offered to take his words back and you're just going on and on instead of accepting that and moving on. You can't have effective discussion this way. You may be a young guy but please don't make it so obvious.
And you speak about political correctness being the trend here. Maybe you should re-read some of the comments you've made in the "Day of Shame" thread and the thread about Gandhi. Either that or re-read the definition of political correctness.
Anyways, I'm still glad about the fact that we can discuss this stuff without hurling rocks at eachother. Canadiandesi is blessed with many mature and sensible members and that gives me the confidence that we'll be able to weather many storms in the future.
