I am planning to visit US on 25th nov(black friday) to catch up on some discounted shopping. Planning mainly to buy clothes and electronic items. One of my friend suggested Pittsburgh, and since that state doesnt have any sales tax, its way cheaper than Bufallo.

Any other suggestions within 5-6 hrs drive would be welcome.
