Hello All,

One of my relatives has got admission in Corporate Communications and
Public Relations in Canada. The College brochure says it is a ten month course and the student can get work permit for a year to work in Canada. I wonder if he can stay back in Canada in some capacity or other till he is eligible for immigration.

Can somebody suggest as to what are his chances to stay back legally in Canada?

I look forward to expert opinion of Massood ji and other Senior desis.

there are various legal ways for him to stay in Canada after his studies. He should contact an immigration lawyer for assessment and guidance. Our consultations are free.
