My car AC is not blowing cold air. I could hear AC engaging when switching on but it does not cool. I am thinking of getting gas filled in.
Any suggestions of good places in Brampton or in Mississauga.

you can try with local mechanic may they will help you out for just EVAC and recharge the AC system.........try in wolfdale area so many local mechanics......
P.S. # Most of reputed dealer will not do only recharge in AC system as per rules and it is against the environmental law as well. first they have to diagnose to find the source of leakage and if they found point of leakage than needs to be repair before EVAC and recharge the AC system. if they could not found the source or the leakage than they EVAC and recharge the AC system and add Dye in system to check it out next time where the freon is leaking.

I paid total $30 fo refilling 2 cans (can size 400-500ml per can).
There was no leak. Now AC blows very cold air.
Local mechanic can refill it.

At my local desi mechanic's garage, he refilled as well. For refilling he used a special nozel with valve to connect CAN and AC line. This shop is in East York near Danforth Ave/Victoria Park.
