I need some ideas/suggestions for a venue to organize a small gathering for 25-30 people for a birthday party for my kid.

Are there any good options in restaurants which offer a small party hall and a reasonably priced menu that anyone could suggest please?

I live in the Don Mills area hence venues closer to this location would be of great help

Try Bombay on the Lake at Islington Ave and Lakeshore Blvd West. I know it is not closeby your location but It is the best Indian Restuarant in GTA I ever I had been.
