Hi there,
I recently applied for a Travel Document to visit Canada. I was a PR and have now lost my status. The Consulate (at New Delhi, India) has sent me a form asking me to declare my consent to agree with the decision (of losing my PR status) and waiving my right to appeal (which I would like to). Then, I can be granted a TR Visa.
In the form (of consent), there are entries that require the signatures of a witness, interpreter and the Minister's delegate. Can someone please tell me who can act as a witness, whether I need an interpreter and who is Minister's delegate?
I would like to send back the form to the Consulate asap. I would really be grateful if I can get some info in this regard.
Thank you very much.
regards
Arun
