same case with me. Do not know why it's taking so long. I also applied in June 2004 from Delhi.

Will there be any positive effect on 2004 cases as conservative are in full mazority now.

Ooooooooooops too long. I cant believe it. It depends case to case as well. We did apply our immigration in Canada (via Buffalo) as Skilled worker. It took us 3 yrs but has a friend of mine who did apply the same way took her one year. Wish all of u the best. sometimes it says no news means good news.

Something is wrong then.
The lastest case of immigration from India is just 7 months. I know a friend who got it in just 7 months.
Write to the embassy to find out.
