Does anyone knows about the "Modern City" which was suppose to be built by "Malhotra builders" What happened to the project??

Hi,

I live in Navi Mumbai but have never heard it. In any case, Pen is quite far from Mumbai/Navi Mumbai, if you are planning to acquire a property with the intention of living close to either of the cities.

While I can't comment on the bonafide of the promoters of this paricular project, I would like to caution you about scores of fly-by-night operators who are out to swindle investors of their hard earned money through dubious projects. There are, however, a few reputed ones too, who deliver what they promise. So please do your home work before investing in any scheme that sounds too good to be true. They may just be!

Is this some kind of advertising? This user has posted the same message just a few weeks back and Unitz also gave a very reasonable explaination. I feel this scheme is more of scam like WFG or Amway..

Why do you think this is some kind of advertising. I am just trying to fact find..alright Mintz gave me his opinion, but it does not mean that no one else can give their opinion and morever; one has to fact find and inquire from 10 places before making any decision..so please do not accuse me of something I am not...

Please keep your opinions to yourself.. I don't know about others but I do not need this bad attitude from you..I do not like that you just feel free to insult someone like this.

Treat others the way you would like to be treated...

thanks for your reply. I am going next year in Feb..and would definitely look around for more good builders in that area or nearby. If you do come across any good trust able builders, please let me know.

I just did. Up to moderators to remove this. Nothing that I said was insulting but well..if you find it insulting, too bad..I can't help it.
This ponzy project came 3 times in different posts made it look more suspicious. by yelling and creating scene one cannot deny the facts behind accusation.
