We have laned in Canada in the month of March and returned back to uae intending to return to Canada by the end of next year. Unfortunately we have not received pr card for my younger daughter becos as per the letter we received from cic her photo is not in line with the reqirement and we have to be present physically in canada with in 180 days of the letter with out any excuse. My question to you is what if we do not come in the required time? since my daughter is already a permanent resident with out pr card can we travel at a later date next year on a travel document and later apply for pr card? Shall be greatful if i could get valuable input on the same.
