A man who was thrashed by his wife and had recorded the abuse using spy cameras to present it as evidence in his divorce proceedings has won the case and the legal custody of his 11-year-old son.

This is the problem with misuse of existing laws. There are many such cases especially now in metros. Just one complain in the police station and husband and his family's life turns into living hell. If the husband is abroad then to lag gayi. Especially if he is on H1, cannot return to India and cannot extend his passport.
Whereas in rural part, woman's life is like living hell.
Same goes with reservations..folks with ton of wealth do not study on purpose because they know that irrespective of marks they will get admissions to reputed institutes or high paying govt jobs whereas very well educated but very poor student from upper cast have to srtuggle..
