Can somebody please tell me what is the average time it take to get the Visitor Visa for Canada ? I am thinking about getting visitor visa for my parents.

And whether it's better to get Single entry Visa or Multi Entry Visa ? Is there a big difference in the fee ?

As per VFS the processing time for visitor visa is 5 working days. My father applied and was given visa after 25 days. Summer time is busy time in visa office.
You aleady found about the visa fee, that is correct.

But should I apply as family(fee $400) or two individuals(2*150 = $300) for my parents ?

My parents applied under 2 individuals category.
