From my past experience, what I have noticed is a lot of times they place ads without a real opening, just to collect resumes.

Keep it up, Gopalpai. You're doing a great service (even a referral) to the immigrants who don't have a job. Considering it is just voluntarily, your time and efforts are greatly appreciated as I browse through your jobs related posts often. Normally, people are wary of even refering someone without a job.
