Ya - We need to keep up the spirit-Lets plan it this way, lets all bring food and drinks for 10 people and when we reach there at 10.00 am lets decide on a spot and place our eatables there and get going with all activities like networking, playing games, music, kids fun activities, etc-in this case we dont need to know the exact number of people(that takes long time in organizing). So lets reach there on time and self introduce ourselves as members of CD family ( i think locating Desi family is not an issue over there-we can be easily identified)-please post your suggestions-Senior Desis-would love to hear your response.

Biomed, We can do it locally as well, koi kuchh bole to !!

Sice only one suggestion came for the beach so i seconded it .

It the group feels it will be more convenient locally , lets do it , what are the choices you all would like to propose.

please give your opinions on choice of locations ....there was a talk of 1000 islands so that those form Montreal and ottawa could join or if it is to be in GTA then how about Toronto islands. It is absolutely beuatiful this time of the year over there and they have all the facilities for picnics, BBQ , grounds for playing cricket etc.

So ...do we have a change of location and same day of 27th June ?

keep this going guys ...this thread is 8 page long and no decision in sight. ....we can do better then that .!!

MI During our second meeting we discussed this isuue. As far as I know BL is going to post 2-3 names of the picnic locations within GTA in the forum.
