Does this mean they take about 9 months to schedule the test after Mississauga office receives the file or 9 months after applicant's file is originally received by the CIC.

It takes the lousy no good a holes 9 months to schedule a test after the application is transferred to the Mississauga office. WTF?

Here is my update

Applied for Citizenship : Feb 2009
File Transfered : Sept 2009 -7 months
Citizenship Test : June 2010 - 9 months ( cumulative 16months)
Oath Taking : Sept 2010 - 3 months ( cumulative 19 months)
