I want to block / delay my wife's sponsorship visa at the earliest possible. I have come to know that she is cheating me and did marriage with me only for the purpose of entering Canada. She got her medicals just 3 days before. CHC New Delhi may demand passport for visa stamping.
Pls help me as soon as possible.
What should i do. Whom should i contact for delay of visa and what reasons should i notify them...

You have too many threads running here. You will have to come clean with your story for anyone to believe, all that you want to tell us.

I think you need some good counseling and a few good friends too to help you with your problem. Go to the GURUDHWARA and talk to some one there.

i think mr punjabi is doing bussiness of PR by getting married to the girls/wifes in india. He did not get enough money from the customer and that is why he want to stop the immigration of his "said" wife.

Actually the story is:

I sponsored my wife. My marriage is real and legal.
My sponsorship was refused. I appealed and appeal is allowed.
Everything is done. Medicals are done.

But I came to know that my wife has relations with other boy in India and she daily talks to that boy. I checked her calling record without knowing to her and there is solid proof.

Pls dont take it as Im doing it for money purpose. I spend more than 10000 dollars for appeal myself.

Now Im going to India to clear everything but before going to india i want to delay the visa issuance from New Delhi. So that she can not get the visa. Visa office has not asked to submit the passports. I want to inform them before they issue the letter for passport.

Pls help me. Dont take me wrong.. Im serous.
Im already in great shock and trouble.

So, if I understand from the two threads, the visa office saw something fishy about the whole thing and denied sponsorship in the first place long time before you were able to discover what you are alleging about your wife.
