The EB-1, EB-2 and EB-3 term used for green card processing, it has nothing to do with the H1-B visa.
H1B can be given for any kind of work as far as sponsor willing to get H1 for foreign worker.

If you are Canadian Citizen you could work under TN Visa. This has certain criteria and is stamped in the airport without any quota restriction.

By the way if you are not offended, why do you want to go to USA now ?.
Things are not so rosy there and many are looking to come to Canada now a days.
To the OP: if you have more details about what kind of work, is it an intercompany transfer etc then it'll be easier to recommend the best option. Vandemataram did cover them all but as shyboy pointed out, the EB 1,2,3 is not applicable to H1 visas but toe green card applications. I have to agree with ILOVENA... why give option 1? No matter what you do and where you live, option 1 is always available so why bother presenting it to the poster. If say he hasn't thought about it, this may give him an avenue to consider is his pursuit of life in USA? Of course I'm sure the OP is smart enough to weigh all options but i don't see the point of option 1. This reposne would make sse if the poster said what are some back door ways to work and live in USA perhaps?
