- in which field? Being in headlines for no apparent reason. She has no acting skills. She hasn't given a successful movie since a long time. For Amitabh, IMO the focus "is shifted" on him rather than "shifts" on him, thanks to his well-oiled PR machinery. Instead of being graceful like his Hollywood counterparts like Jack Nicholson, De Niro or Al Pacino and making rare public appearances, he makes movies at rate of kilos per year, most of them box office flops. He does not know how to retire with a dignity.
SRK - That guy needs to break out of his comfort zone of Chopra-Johar-Farah Khan productions. Try acting with directors like Vishal Bhardwaj or Anurag Kashyap.

Aishwarya is definitely a numero uno in showbiz ... movies , endorsements , popularity , fame , beauty .... you name it ... I think she is a benchmark in Bollywood for the past couple of years .... Her beauty and intelligence are very impressive ....
She is no more an active actress and hence no movies from her ... but despite that she still hogs the lime light where ever she goes .... as I said nothing succeeds like success !!
And more than the same is true of Amitabh Bachan ... he is a highly intellectual person and betters the creed of Jack Nicholson .... etc ..
Name me another icon who can better these two in India currently or in the recent past in the show biz / entertainment industry ?

Ash is definately Numero Uno in all her fields like films, advertisement endosement etc. etc
Acting wise, she might not of Sridevi/ Kajol Class, but she is way ahead in compared to Katrina, Kareena, Priyanka etc..
She is highest paid star in bollywood for endorsement
IMHO Ash is good only in the hands of a good director like SLB who can guide her and extract work from her. She is not a natural actress....as for her being numero uno....thats subjective...in my eyes Kajol is numero uno but I am a biased, subjective human being and I like Kajol....
