Presently Working in Canada- Want to apply PR

Hi

I am presently working for a MNC IT, I came here for a duration of 2 years

I landed last month, I want to apply for PR,

I went through http://www.cic.gc.ca" rel="nofollow">LINK, it says i need to have atleast 1 year working exp. in canada inorder to qualify for Federal Skilled Class

Do i need to wait???? Is there any other class Visa where i can apply???

I don't think i come under the NOC List

If i can;t apply now,

If i apply after 1 year, What is the duration it will take to get my PR????
Am i required to stay in canada???

Please let me know-

It sounds like you may be interpreting the CIC link incorrectly.
The 1 year in-Canada work experience is merely one of the the eligibility conditions.
You must also fall under the job classifications listed there.
The instructions state:
your work experience must be Skill Type 0 (managerial occupations) or Skill Level A (professional occupations) or B (technical occupations and skilled trades) on the Canadian National Occupational Classification list
If you do not meet the NOC job descriptions, you cannot apply even if you have worked in Canada for 1 year or more.

The only way to apply in such a case would be through the arranged employment route, described as follows:

If your employer supports your residency application, then the I think the fastest way is via provincial nomination....
