In Toyota motors manufacturing company, Woodstock plant - Weld Dept. a simple hard working East Indian person was kicked out by group of guys.
They used to harass him, pass comments about him being fat, slow, his Indian food being stinky, etc.

This continued for several months - result he was not able to focus of job and was out of his mind.
He did mistake of non putting lock on door, which others have done it too in past.
But he was trapped and given termination letter on Dec 18 2009. Reason - Unsafe worker!

A white guy who used to come drunk never got any letter or even a verbal notice! That was not Unsafe!!

Safety - is a big concern for Toyota. But they forgot that we humans get affected, our mental thinking ability goes low due to discrimination, bullying, and can result in mistakes. If a person forgets to do lockout due to mental pressure, he should not be terminated!!

Toyota has been responsible for 19 deaths due to faulty brakes in USA.! And they had kept quiet for long!!

Sounds like a nice religious KATHA; till some reference is there to check authenticity. This all could be due to their sins of POORVAJANAMA also.
