Hey All,

I have been hearing about canadiandesi as an end to end solution for any type of questions asked and have been reading a lot here. You all are great and are doing a great help to the society. Thank you all for all the efforts and views, it’s really informative here.

I had few questions:

1) What does one have to do to start a new business? (If one has a plan)
2) What are the prerequisites for starting a business in Ontario? (Paperwork and anything which needs to be in place)
3) What is the difference between LLC and INC? Is LLC an option like INC in Canada/Ontario? If not what are the options similar to LLC?
4) Is it compulsory to hire an accountant and a lawyer?
5) Is it true that if I have a business I would be able to save in TAX? HOW?

I need a direction on How To...

Any thoughts and views from CDs will be helpful......

I did get good detailed answers to my queries.....

One Question: Is there a link where I can find the list of ways I can save on TAX in regards to Business?

No one interested in commenting on this topic.... I need some good inputs...as I am interested in starting a business and is looking for knowledge.....
