I don't quite get what do they mean by - Free Holiday Skating Schedules

Are they ofering free lessons or just free skating. If the latter, we have that in Toronto at almost every rink, on certain days only.

My guess would be that they are only providing the free skating i.e. W/O lessons .
The link is for Ontario so will be beneficial for CD's who are leaving outside Toronto as well .

Brampton also has Public skate time for indoor rinks ... but are paid service $2. Which I think helps in maintaining crowd n rink. Just like Public Swim time.
