I want to give my basement on rent and looking for a sample lease or contract aggrement that I could signe with the tenants. can anybody provide me please?

One more thing, how can I make sure that tenanat should give me rent as per lease or contract on time. I mean, I heard stories that some tenant don't give rent on time or give partially. What are landloard rights, how to handle this situation.

I am sure he will help you to give you lease contract copy on email as we stayed in his basement for 2 months. sameer is in real estate and he will get you customers also to stay for one year. (I think he may charge his commission, I am not sure).
