Sub – Renewal of Canada PR card

I landed in Canada on dated July 2005 with my wife.

Me and my wife got all necessary document like SIN card, PR card , OHIP card etc…We filed all year income tax return in Canada

I came back to India on dated September 2005 [after 2 and half month] from that date till today i am in india.

my wife came back to India on July 2006 [ after 1 year ].she went to Canada again on dated 13 April 2009 and will come back to India on dated 8 May 2009.she again went to canada on 19-07-2009. and she may be complete 730 day for her renewal pr card requirment.

My son born in Canada and has a Canadian passport [citizen of Canada] he is right now in India with me.

Now my and my wife PR CARD is going to expire on dated 17 JULY 2010.
i would like to go to Canada in may 2010.

I would like to know that .......

1. - should my wife get renewal PR card without me where i am principal applicant?

2. - should i get renewal PR card?

3. - my child is canadian citizen , are they calculate our indian stay with canadian citizen?

4. - what precaution should we take to get renewal pr card?
