Parents PR application denied on health grounds

I and my husband applied for a PR status for my in-laws. Our application was denied on health grounds. My Father-in-law has had a heart attack in the past. Before this decision came through we had tried to have them over on visitor visa too which was also denied. What should we do?? Does anyone know about the Appeals Process???

A friend of mine is in the exact same situation as you. His father had heart disease (although he did not suffer from a heart attack) and his PR application was rejected. He is appealing the ruling through an immigration lawyer. That probably is the best course of action.
