hello cd members

my husband's blood pressure was high around 145 ,95

we found after eating sendha salt for around a week the blood pressure dropped to 128,85

so try the salt and see for yourself if it helps you too

just wanted to share

Thank you so much for sharing the information . BP can vary due to some conditions (caffeine in the blood stream , filled bladder etc ) - to get a consistent BP reading at different times should be something one can rely on ...........

Hi,
Thanks for the posting.
I have been having High blood pressure, ever since I decide to migrate to Canada and would be interested in using this salt.
Now , how does it work?
Do you eat the salt by itself or replace this salt instead of the iodised salt that we use to add flavour to our curries / food?
Also the price would be much appriciated. Are there any links which tell us scientifically that this salt reduced BP and that there are no side effects (like Goitre etc...)
Hope this will give a complete understanding to CD's

Peace by TK

Studies shows that Sendha Namak (Rock Salt) is low in sodium so it may be helpful in bring down the blood pressure because of low sodium rock salt is lesser salty in taste and so one has to have more rock salt to get the taste level as compared to marine salt and once you do that both salts are equally bad for high blood pressure. But if lower BP can be achieved by using same quantity of salt.. thn I would say no harm in using Sedha namak
