hi there, i urgently need some help in retrieving my passport from the canadian embassy! we submitted our passports on 3rd dec 08 to the canadian embassy in kenya! i am now in the uk with my current status needing renewal urgently! i have sent several requests to the embassy for returning my passport, since its been over 3 months and if a decision was not made, i dont understand why they would request the passport! i have not heard anything back from the embassy! it is very crucial for me now to get my passport back latest in a week! when we sent our passports we sent them a prepaid return dhl packet! is there any number we can call to talk to someone and who can help us retrieve our passports???

i am not bothered if they have stamped it or not, i just need my passports urgently! i dont understand why the embassy would not accept calls, not return requests or anything at all..

any help on this is very much appreciated..

Please make an appointment with the CHC there in London and drop in and meet with them and find out if they can speed up the process or get it for you. Tell them if they will get it, you will drop in there and pick it up and sign for it. They have diplomatic pouches through which they can bring it in for you from Kenya.
