Responding back to my earlier promise on providing info on SAP server access for practice etc.

One of my friend just provided me following info:

Contact Mr. Biplab Sarkar at 416-243- 2432 for SAP account

I am not sure about their service etc so you have to check with him.You can probably negotiate the access fees also.

Hi to all SAP gurus.

Boss, I am a mechanical engineer( studied in India ) and working in oil industry for more than 20 yrs. Mostly I am into oil terminal operations.

I migrated to canada from Dubai in 2004. In 1999 ,I did SAP R/3 in SD module. I have no any implementation exp.I did SAP thinking that if I fail to find a suitable job in oil industry in canada, I will try SAP.

Now, as I thought earlier,I didn't find a suitable oil job in canada. Now I am thinking of doing/refreshing SAP again and try to enter into SAP market.

Please advice me what I should do?

Shall I do SAP SD module again or try some other module like CRM etc? or pl suggest me a module which suits to my oil company experience ?

How long it will take to complete one module?

Is it necessary that I should get SAP certification?

Do I get SAP job easily coz I am not an IT guy?

Please advice me so that I will take a right decision.

Thanks to all

jp

Guys,
I had been to ERP tek for the information seminar. Met other Desi guys on EI (mostly mechanical). they told me that ERP TEK is a good choice. They do give system access for 1 year if you are registered in a course with them and fee structure is reasonable.
if I get EI, mostly I will be doing SAP HR with them.
I will be answer to any PM's from interested guys as I know some more confidential information that I canot share in a public board.
I will also be trying MLC for their inputs.
Peace by TK

How about studying SAP from India and getting certification from there as well?
isn't that much cheaper?
And if it is, does it help acquire neccessary skills to pick up a job in North America?
Secondly what are chances of getting a SAP job in GTA if one does NOT want to move?
