Hi all,

today i got renewal notice from my insurance company and they increased my auto and home insurance by 10%.

Company replied, they increased for all the policy holder. I asked one or two friends they have similiar experience with their company also.

How about you guys? any idea feed back..

My home went up by 7%.. Auto is the same. But can't get a cheaper quote from any leading insurers... :-(

This is for all Insurance Companies.

State Farm had the lowest increase among all companies.

I was the first one who posted as regards the increases.

There is a way to get it down. Shop around for an Insurance Broker (they have schemes where they are able to give you a good rate because of strength of numbers contract with that company)

I got an Insurance quote from a Broker, went back to my SF insurance company and they agreed to match !!!

End of story !!

I have insurance through my CAA broker, They search for me around and replied all the company is going to increase the price.

if anyone have good Insurance broker? if possible can you give me a contact info so i can shop in market before my renewal.
