I have single family detach home in Brampton. I just want to inquire anybody providing property managment for single family detach home. I want know provide serice like collect rent from rentor and deposited the rent. Also if tenent did not pay or pay in time then take appropriate legal action. If home become vacants find the tenent. I heard their big corp of property management but they do only for condo not for single family home.
